Fatiniza has been enjoying a recent flurry of media attention in May.
Firstly as Artist of the Month in Dubai’s What’s on Magazine and a huge profile write up, tracking her UAE achievements over the past 18 months in the National newspaper.

Fatiniza will be performing on 26th Jan at The Skywards Dubai International Jazz Festival 2011 as it brings back the three main diverse elements offering over 50 hours of spectacular live entertainment. This years big guns are Macy Gray, Lifehouse and Train.

Fatiniza will be performing at a FREE publicevent on Wednesday, December 29 at Global Village in Dubai as part of the World Culture Concert Series. Representing Colombia, Fatiniza will be performing her original music from debut album Confusion as well as popular Colombianhits in support of this cultural extravaganza.

Fatiniza will be supporting UK Singer/Songwriter Star Corinne Bailey Rae at the Longitude Bar, Yas Hotel, Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

An intimate night with Corinne Bailey Rae is a private event part of the Yas Island Formula 1 GP Finals. After the GP race final, Corinne Bailey Rae and Fatiniza will begin an acoustic session to a VIP audience to round off the 3 week long F1 GP music festival marathon.

Fatiniza is set to perform at the 2010 final Formula 1 GP in Abu Dhabi this November. Fatiniza will perform on the Abu Dhabi Corniche at the free to view public event. Showtime is 20:00 and Fatiniza will play a full live set supporting the ‘Confusion’ album tour.

This year’s Abu Dhabi Formula 1 GP will see the best in the music industry with performances from Kanye West, Linkin Park and Prince and others.

Fatiniza is billed to Headline day 1 of the Hatta Rocktoberfest 2010.

"Rocktoberfest 2010....a mixture of open air Rock festival meets Custom bike event and Summer Fayre all wrapped up into one! The idea behind it is to create a weekend of fun, music and bike art, similar to those held around the world, although maybe not quite seen here before.

"There seemed to be a little something missing and we believe that this may indeed 'fill the gap' so to speak... It promises to be a weekend to remember!" says event founder and organizers Elite Event Management.

With 12 rocking bands gracing the stage, and entertainment from face-painters to fire-dancers, the two-day Hatta Rocktoberfest 2010, aims to be a fun festival for the whole family. Stalls with home-made delights and a henna tattoo artist ready to give you decadent body art without the pain and commitment of a real tattoo are just a few of the things that will be on offer. For the petrol-heads amongst you, there will be bike shows galore, with various classes based on bike design and performance.

There will also be 4x4 demonstrations and, for the gamers, there will be a dedicated gaming area featuring the latest Guitar Hero game. There will be great band and event merchandise on offer such as t-shirts at great prices. When you have tired of all the excitement, you will be able to retire to one of several chill-out areas, to catch your breath and soothe your soul.

Fatiniza will appear at Rock Solid in support of the thousands affected by the floods in Pakistan.

This gig has been put together for all of Dubai's music community to come together in aid of the 20 million homeless victims of the floods in Pakistan. Please donate supplies generously and come together for humanity.

Fatiniza will be unveiling the whole album LIVE on Wed 28th April at Alpha @ Le Meridien Village in what promises to be a very different Launch Party than what Dubai is used to seeing. Fatiniza is giving no secrets away about the night so being there is only way to find out what is in store for everyone. Doors Open at 8:30pm

The debut album ’Confusion’ a work of original material including ‘Out of Control’ , ‘Babe Come on’ and ‘Fortune Teller’, features an explosive mix of Rock & Pop while in contrast ‘Hard to be your Woman’ is a well crafted acoustic ballad with a contemporary Latin edge.

The Album Features 12 tracks, 8 original tracks in English with 1 remix and 3 of the original songs re-recorded in Spanish. 

Fatiniza has been enjoying a sustained presence in the local media over recent months and earned herself a Time Out Nightlife Award Nomination for her efforts.
Recently signing to Daxar Music Middle East is indicative of how respected Fatiniza is in the local industry right now and this record deal will see Confusion distributed right across the Middle East.
